Return and Exchange Policy

At Simplynightvision, Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason:

  - You may ship it back to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund. 

  - You may ship it back to us within 30 days for an exchange.    

The return must include all materials contained in the original shipment, including all paperwork, batteries, accessories, original manufacturer's packaging, etc.  The products must be in the original condition as when received by the customer.   

If the return is missing any of the original materials, or is not in the original condition as received by the customer, the customer may be charged up to a %15 restocking fee.

The customer must record and retain all tracking numbers pertaining to the return shipment.  If you are returning your purchase for a refund, we will credit the total purchase price, less any shipping fees or applicable restocking fees . The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. All returns will be completely inspected prior to issuing any credit.
If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. 
 
If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.
